It’s Not About Math. It’s About People: Female Leadership In Finance With Erinn Ford, Dimple Shah & Cammie Sorensen Banks

When it comes to financial conversations, there is a common misconception that women do not know the ins and outs as well as their male counterparts do.

But, some statistics prove quite the opposite. That’s right. Statistics say that women will control over 30 trillion dollars in assets over the next 10 to 20 years.

In this episode, Melissa Carter is joined by Erinn Ford and Dimple Shah from Advisor Group, as well as Cammie Sorensen Banks from Legacy Advisor Network, to unveil everything you need to know about female leadership in the financial space. Listen in as they talk about their experiences while detailing their approach to standing their ground in a predominantly male-dominated field.

Erinn, Dimple, and Cammie discuss:
• Some new services, solutions, and communities have come from women seeking their spot within the industry
• Their own stories: Ways they got started in finances
• Some advice for female leaders and entrepreneurs to excel in this arena
• And more!
